Epcot is such a unique place for a proposal (and for a proposal photography session, for that matter) because it essentially has everything. You can get engaged to the love of your life with any country or locale in the background – if there’s an aesthetic you enjoy or one that’s special to your fiancée-to-be, you can probably find it at Epcot.
For this incredible couple, Jake and Ally, it was all about the garden setting, and I can’t blame them! Especially on such a sunny day, the Victoria Gardens in Epcot’s Canadian section are brilliantly gorgeous. On this particular day, they were only outshined by the excitement on Jake and Ally’s faces and that gorgeous new engagement ring.
Jake and Ally had reservations at Le Cellier, and while Ally thought she was just going for a garden stroll beforehand, she got so much more than she had expected! After their proposal, we stayed in the gardens for many of their photos because, well, look at how beautiful it is! We strolled through the park to get photos in a few other fun locales too, though.
We found an incredibly scenic waterfall that was perfect for a few portraits, and the photos we took in the London phone booth are beyond adorable as well. The photos in front of the many water features at Epcot are also a fun complement to Jake and Ally’s sweet photo in front of the Poseidon fountain.
Of course, I can’t write about this session without talking about Ally’s nails! Nails are always on display during a proposal photo session or engagement photo session because we’re taking so many pictures of the ring, but Ally’s nails are so perfectly designed with a Disney aesthetic that it seems like it was meant to be!
